Website practice

Website terms

Plain-language boundaries for using the Cargo Elite website before final legal review.

Information, not a freight agreement

This website provides carrier identifiers, contact information, general checklists, and request forms. It is not a rate confirmation, bill of lading, insurance certificate, credit approval, tender acceptance, or promise that a particular truck, lane, commodity, or appointment is available.

A shipment moves only after the parties complete their own verification and agree to the applicable written load documents.

Verify changing records

Authority, insurance, contact details, inspection data, and permit records can change. Use the live government or insurer source required by your procedure. A screenshot or statement on this site is not permanent proof.

Form requests

Sending a request does not guarantee a response time, load acceptance, onboarding approval, equipment availability, rate, or service level. Do not send banking instructions, passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive records through a public form.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to:

  • impersonate a broker, carrier, driver, insurer, or company representative;
  • submit a fraudulent load, payment change, or identity document;
  • probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site or its forms unlawfully; or
  • reuse company branding in a way that suggests authorization or affiliation.

External systems and editorial material

Links to FMCSA, California agencies, and other third-party services lead to systems Cargo Elite does not control. Resource articles are general editorial references, not legal, insurance, safety, tax, or compliance advice.

Items legal review must finish

Governing law, venue, warranty language, limitation of liability, intellectual-property permissions, and a formal change procedure have not been approved. They should not be copied from another carrier's terms.
