What the Cargo Elite website receives, where form information goes, and what not to send.
Current website practice
When you submit a website form, the business contact and request details you enter are sent to FormSubmit and forwarded by email to [email protected]. Cargo Elite uses that email to review and answer the request.
The current site source does not install an analytics service or advertising tracker. Hosting, email, spam-prevention, and security providers may still process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services.
Information the forms receive
Depending on the form, you may provide:
- name, organization, work email, and telephone number;
- brokerage identifiers and onboarding instructions;
- origin, destination, dates, commodity, weight, dimensions, and equipment requirements;
- tracking requirements and a free-text message; and
- basic request metadata needed for security and troubleshooting.
Social Security numbers, driver-license images, banking instructions, payment-card data, medical information, passwords, or identity documents.
Use and limits
Cargo Elite may use submitted business information to answer the request, evaluate a load or onboarding step, document the communication, protect the business from fraud, and maintain records needed for operations or legal obligations.
A form submission is not load acceptance, onboarding approval, a rate confirmation, or any other agreement. Freight moves only after the parties complete their verification and written process.
Form processor and retention
FormSubmit processes the submission before forwarding it to Cargo Elite. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained for 30 days. See its documentation and published privacy policy . FormSubmit may also present Google reCAPTCHA as part of its spam check.
The emailed copy is kept in Cargo Elite's business mailbox as needed to answer the request, document freight communications, address fraud, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Do not use the forms for sensitive personal, identity, banking, or payment information.
Privacy questions and requests
California law may provide rights to know, delete, correct, opt out, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive equal service. Whether a particular law applies depends on facts that this website cannot decide. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. Cargo Elite may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Children and changes
This business-to-business freight site is not directed to children. The notice will be updated when the website's actual data flow or providers change. This plain-language notice describes website practices and is not legal advice or a claim that every privacy law applies to this business.
