Do not send account or routing numbers through this site. Verify any change through a known contact and the broker's documented approval process, not through the same message that requested the change.
Pickup identity
Match the assigned driver, tractor, trailer, pickup number, and carrier identifiers against the load file before freight changes hands. A logo, email signature, website, or carrier packet does not complete that check.
Report a suspicious message
Preserve the original email or message, record the time and claimed load reference, and contact the company through an independently verified route. Do not forward passwords, authentication codes, banking details, or unredacted identity documents.
