Accessibility statement

The accessibility target, feedback route, and limits of the current review.

Target, not a certification claim

Cargo Elite is working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the design and testing target. This draft does not claim certified or complete conformance. A conformance claim would require testing every production page, state, form, and third-party integration.

Reference: W3C WCAG 2.2 Recommendation .

Current design measures

  • semantic headings, landmarks, lists, tables, and native form controls;
  • keyboard-visible focus and a skip link;
  • labels and help text that do not rely on placeholders;
  • responsive layouts and controls sized for touch; and
  • text alternatives for informative images.

Report a barrier

Email [email protected] with the page URL, the action you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology used, and a description of the barrier. Do not include medical records or other sensitive personal information.

Third-party pages

FMCSA, California agency, email-client, and future form-processing pages are operated by other organizations. Cargo Elite can choose accessible vendors and provide an alternate contact route, but cannot certify those external interfaces.
